Our guidelines for Vacation Rental Units include:
Linens
Be sure to have 3 sets of:
- Flat & fitted sheets for every bed including pull out couch
- Pillow cases and decorative (sham) pillow cases
- A spare duvet cover for each blankets (in case one is stained during a turn around/same day check-out/check-in)
- An extra blanket for the living room area
- Extra pillows
- Decorative pillows for beds and couches (optional)
- an extra mattress protectors for each bed
- Extra pillow protectors for each pillow
- Extra duvet (in case of heavily soiled duvets or blankets, keep in mind that each bed may be a different size).
Towels
- Decide on how many towels to put out (base it on the number of guests and length of stay) and then triple that.
Labeling
- Please have all your linens and towels labelled with your property name/number.
